Insert ____ Here 2011 was a re-imagining of the project I created in 2008 (see below). This time I collaborated with 350.org to make it huge! And global. We wanted to put the power of creative thinking in the hands of community organizations and give people a chance to think positively in the face of climate change. Insert ____ Here 2008 was created as a guerilla project to inject both optimism for possible futures and the much needed community voice into urban scale decisions and planning. By providing small yellow signs, styled after the "sign here" stickers, I invited participants to suggest ideas for what could be. I then worked with artists and designers to imagine those spaces. We posted those images online so that they could be viewed by others who passed the signs.
